| 摘 要： | 目的 对门诊及住院老年高血压患者进行动态血压对比分析。方法 对 86例门诊治疗及 112例住院治疗的老年高血压患者进行 2 4h动态血压监测 (ABPM)。结果 经降压治疗 ,门诊患者仍有 70 9%血压高于正常 ,只有 2 9 1%血压控制在正常范围 ;住院患者 5 0 9%血压高于正常。结论 必须重视老年高血压的防治。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the changes of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) in elderly outpatients and inpatients with hypertension.Methods 86 outpatients and 112 inpatients received examination of ABPM.Results After treatment in lowering blood pressure,70.9% outpatients had higher level BP than normal,only 29.1% outpatients had normal range BP;50.9% inpatients had higher level BP than normal.Conclusion It is necessary to pay attention to the treatment of hypertension in the elderly. |
