| 摘 要： | 肺移植已成为治疗终末期肺疾病的有效方法之一。作者结合近几年文献，针对术后原发性移植物无功能(PGF)所采取的肺保护方法如低温、肺通气、肺保存等作一系统性回顾，旨在为临床移植肺保护提供更好的方法和策略。
