| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨高频超声对半月板损伤的诊断价值。方法 :136例经高频超声诊断半月板损伤并通过手术及关节镜检查证实的病例 ,采用弹响及压痛点为主的扫查部位 ,按损伤程度不同的三级分型。结果 :敏感性 95 .5 % ,特异性 6 6 .6 % ,准确性 92 %。结论 :具有及时性、无痛性、准确性

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the diagnosing value of high frequency sonography for the meniscus lesions.Methods:In 136 cases high frequency sonography was applied for diagnosing mediscus lesions,which were proved by operation or arthroscopy.Three classes were divided according to the injured degrees located by knuckle sounds and pain.Results:The sensitivity of diagnosis was 95 5%,specificity,66 6%,and accuracy,92%.Conclusions:The high frequency sonography is a timely,painless and accurate examination method for meniscus lesions. |
