一次性静脉留置针套管在宫腔内人工授精中的应用

目的：探讨一次性静脉留置针套管在官腔内人工授精（IUI）中的应用。方法：将96例106周期的IUI患者分为2组，A组42例（50周期），采用Tomcat管注入精液行人工授精；B组54例（56周期），使用一次性静脉留置针套管做人工授精管。比较2种导管在行IUI时插管的困难程度、出血发生率及妊娠结局。结果：A组与B组比较，进入宫腔困难程度差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；A组在置管过程中出血发生率明显高于B组（P〈0．05），B组妊娠率高于A组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：一次性静脉留置针套管在行宫腔内人工授精操作简便、易行，且妊娠率高。

Application of installing of I.V catheter in intrauterine for artificial insemination

Objective: To investigate the application of installing of I.V catheter in intrauterine for artificial insemination (IUI). Methods: Ninety-six infertile patients who had received 106 IUI treatment cycles were divided into a conventional IUI group (group A) and I.V catheter group (group B). Their incidences of difficulty of introducing into the uterus , bleeding and pregnancy rate were compared. Results: The incidences of difficulty of introducing into the uterus in group B were as same as group A ;but the incidences of bleeding in the group B was lower than those in group A and the pregnancy rate in the group B was higher than those in group A. Conclusion: The new method in the IUI is simple ,easy to manage and may raise the pregnancy rate of patient.
