| 摘 要： | 目的分析在骨折内固定术后迟发感染应用替考拉宁的疗效。方法对45例骨折内固定术后迟发感染患者的局部分泌物进行细菌培养和抗菌药物敏感试验,并应用替考拉宁(试验药组)与万古霉素(对照药组)进行治疗。结果45例中培养出病原菌者38例,均为单一菌株感染;细菌鉴定显示革兰阳性球菌感染25例,医院感染率为84.4%;药敏试验显示革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素、替考拉宁敏感,应用替考拉宁治疗骨折内固定术后迟发感染疗效好。结论骨折内固定术后迟发感染的病原菌以革兰阳性菌多见,对替考拉宁治疗较敏感。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical efficacy of teicoplanin in treating the late-developing infection after internal fixation of fracture.METHODS Bacterial cultures and antibiotic sensitivity tests were taken in 45 cases,and all patients were treated with teicoplanin.RESULTS The bacterial culture results showed that 38 cases were positive and infected by single strain.25 cases were G+ coccobacteria of which 9 cases were Staphylococcus aureus.The infection rate was 84.4%.Susceptibility test resuts showed G+ c... |
