| 摘 要： | 目的探索颧骨复合体骨折手术治疗的入路方法和内固定部位。方法回顾性分析手术治疗121例颧骨复合体骨折病人资料，按三级标准评价治疗效果。结果甲级95例，占78．51％；乙级21例，占17．36％；丙级5例，占4．13％。结论颧骨复合体骨折创伤大，伤情重，冠状切口为手术复位内固定一个较好的手术路径，暴露良好、复位精确。固定部位应根据骨折移位情况而定。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the route and location of soft tissue incision and rigid internal fixation in the surgical treatment of zygomatic complex fracture.Methods One hundred and twenty-one cases with zygomatic complex fracture were retrospectively analyzed and the outcomes were evaluated with three grades. Results The percentage of grade A was 77.88%(81/121),of grade B 17.31%(18/121)and of grade C 4.81%(5/121).Conclusion Coronary notches in the skull has the advantages of good exposure, precise removal of the block and good symmetry of both sides.The selection of fixation location depends on dislocation of the fracture. |
