| 摘 要： | 由于“肾主虚,无实也”传统理论的束缚及“肾实证”临证存在时限较短,其病证多分散于他脏,以至许多医家论肾只言其虚、不言其实。通过对“肾无实证”之本源进行剖析,结合其发病、临床实践及治疗特点进行分析,充分肯定了肾实证客观存在性,并揭示其致病特点。

| Abstract: | Being shackled by the theory of "none kidney excess syndrome" whict is short in clinic,kidney excess syndrome is seldom mentioned.Because the clinical situation of this syndrome maybe present not only on other organs,but also be treated from other organs indirectly,many physicians are doubtful of its existence,even the textbook only mentions the deficiency of the kidney instead of the excess.Through analyzing the origin,pathogenic characteristics,clinical situation and treatment of none kidney excess syndrome,this paper confirms the objective existence of kidney excess syndrome,and reveals its pathogenic characteristics. |
