| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨福辛普利对血压正常的２型糖尿病病人胰岛素敏感性的干预作用。②方法 观察６２例血压正常的２型糖尿病病人治疗前后胰岛素敏感性的变化，其中３１例眼用福辛普利（治疗组），３１例未服用福辛普利（对照组），治疗时间９０ｄ，③结果 治疗组治疗后空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、葡萄糖曲线下面积和胰岛素曲线下面积较治疗前及对照组均降低，胰岛素敏感性指数升高，差异均有显著意义（ｔ＝３．３７２～１３．５９８，Ｐ〈０．

| Abstract: | Objective To study the interventional effect of frosinopril on the insulin sensitivity in patients with type 2 diabetes with normal blood pressure. Methods Insulin sensitivity of 62 type 2 diabetic patients with normal blood pressure was investigated before and after the study, 31 of them took frosinopril (therapeutic group), and the other 31 as control group. Results At the end of study, both FSG,FINS,GAUC and IAUC of therapeutic group decreased, while IS increased and there was no changes in I/G ratio. For the control group, only the FSG and GAUC decreased with an increase of I/G ratio. Conclusion Frosinopril can enhance the insulin sensitivity of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and decrease insulin resistance. [ |
