| 摘 要： | 目的评价多曲方丝弓矫治技术治疗开牙合的临床效果,分析其矫治的特点及临床意义,探讨其作用机制。方法采用多曲方丝弓技术矫治开牙合畸形。结果3 6例开牙合畸形均在相对短的时间内,达到前牙正常覆牙合、覆盖及后牙稳定的尖窝咬合关系。结论多曲方丝弓技术能对临床上较难的开牙合病例进行矫治,并缩短了疗程。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of openbite treatment with multiloop edgewise arch wire(MEAW) technic.Methods MEAW technic was used to openbite malocclusion.Results Thirty-six patients of different openbite malocclusion were treated by using MEAW technic,and had satisfactory results.Conclusion It is showed that remarkable effects can be achieved by MEAW technic with short time of treatment,which is competent for different openbite malocclusion. |
