| 摘 要： | 上颈椎（C1,2）不稳定可以导致上颈髓损伤，引起四肢瘫痪，甚至因膈肌和腹肌的呼吸肌瘫痪而危及患者生命。在临床上因退变、肿瘤及感染诱发等因素引起的上颈椎不稳，当受到低能量损伤时可出现颈髓受损的症状，易导致误诊，本文对上颈椎不稳导致脊髓损伤的诊断（临床和影像）、急救措施以及入院后综合治疗进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Upper cervical(C1,2)spinal instability may cause the upper cervical spinal cord injury and quadriplegia,or even endanger patients' lives due to the paralyses of diaphragm and abdominal muscles.Upper cervical spinal instability caused by degeneration,carcinoma or infection of cervical vertebra may have doctors make clinical misdiagnoses.This paper reviews the diagnoses(clinical and imaging),emergency treatment and combined modality therapy of spinal cord injury. |
