| 摘 要： | 目的：观察宝乐安和思密达联合治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法：设宝乐安和思密达联合治疗组和对照组．比较治疗后两组疗效。结果：宝乐安和思密达联合治疗组有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。宝乐安和思密达联合治疗组退热时间、粪便性状、便次及化验检查恢复时间均比对照组明显缩短（P〈0．01）。结论：宝乐安和思密达联合是治疗小儿腹泻有效并易于被接受的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Baolean power combined with smecta in treatment of children diarrhea.Methods:All cases were randomized into therapeutic group of Baolean power combined with smecta and control group.The curative effects of these two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of Baolean power combined with smecta group was significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.01).The combinative treatment of Baolean power with smecta was helpful in shortening the period of progress.Conclusions:The combinative treatment of Baolean power with smecta is an effective and acceptable method for children diarrhea. |
