| 摘 要： | 随着生活水平的提高，糖尿病的发病率越来越高。然而，糖尿病患者心理压力大，缺乏糖尿病的基本知识，导致自我护理能力差。需要对糖尿病患者进行自我护理指导，帮助患者制定治疗和护理计划，做好终生护理工作；维持血糖的稳定，控制并发症，提高糖尿病患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | With the improvement of living standards, the incidence of diabetes is higher and higher. However, diabetic patients have much psychological pressure. Lacking of basic knowledge of the diabetes leads to self-care ability is poor,we should give them guidance on self-care, help diabetes develop a plan of treatment and care, and do a good job of life care, maintain the stability of blood sugar, control of diabetes and its complications, to improve the quality of life of diabetic patients. |
