视疲劳100例临床分析

目的分析视疲劳患者的临床表现、职业、学历以及眼科检查结果,总结视疲劳的形成原因及防治措施。方法选取我院2012年8月-2013年7月间收治的100例视疲劳患者,对其进行相关检查与对症治疗,同时分析总结其病历资料。结果本组病例中,以学生、文字工作者、精细操作者及视频显示终端（DVT）视受者为主。眼常规检查中,结膜炎（95.0%）、睑缘炎（61.0%）的检查率位列前两位。视疲劳中轻度51例（51.0%）,中度32例（32.0%）,重度17例（17.0%）。屈光异常及斜视检出率分别为82.0%和49.0%。结论视疲劳的产生与用眼过度、方式不当、屈光不正、斜视以及眼病等诸多因素相关,掌握一定的用眼保健知识和定期进行眼科检查,对于防治视疲劳具有积极作用。

Clinical analysis of 100 cases of visual fatigue

Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations of visual fatigue of the crowd,vocational education and eye examination results. Visual fatigue causes and prevention measures will be summed up.Methods in our hospital between August 2012 to July 2013 100 cases of visual fatigue patients included in the study admitted. Be related to examination and symptomatic treatment,while the data analyzed and summarized its case.Results This group of patients,students,writers,fine operator and DVT,as recipients based. Routine in the eye,conjunctivitis（95.0%）,blepharitis（61.0%）of the examination rate among the top two. 51 cases of mild visual fatigue（51.0%）;moderate 32cases（32.0%）;severe in 17 patients（17.0%）. Refractive error and strabismus detection rate was 82.0% and 49.0%.Conclusion Produce visual fatigue and overuse,improper manner,refractive error,strabismus,and eye disease,and many other factors,to have a certain knowledge of eye health and regular eye examinations for the prevention and treatment of visual fatigue is having a positive effect.
