| 摘 要： | 目的了解5000mg/L有效氯对医疗废物暂存场所的消毒效果。方法选用5000mg/L有效氯,对暂存场所室内及周围2m空气喷洒消毒。结果医疗废物暂存场所室内对照组菌落数14940.63cfu/m2,试验组菌落数377.44cfu/m2,二组差异非常显著(p<0.001);室外2m处对照组菌落数10065.26cfu/m2,试验组菌落数1918.69cfu/m2,二组差异非常显著(p<0.001)。结论对医疗废物暂存场所采用5000mg/L有效氯喷洒处理,消毒效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To know the disinfection effect of active chlorine(5000mg/L)on the temporary location for depositing medical rubbish.Method Spraying and disinfecting the inside of the temporary location and 2 meters around it with active chlorine(5000mg/L).Results The quantity of indoor colonies (CK)of the temporary location for depositing medical rubbish is 14940.63cfu/m2,the quantity of colonies (Tested)is 377.44cfu/m2,with very obvious diversity(p<0.001); The quantity of outdoor 2 meters colonies (CK)is 10065.26cfu/m2,the quantity of colonies (Tested)is 1918.69cfu/m2,with very obvious diversity(p<0.001).Conclusion The disinfection effect of active chlorine(5000mg/L)on the temporary location for depositing medical rubbish is very obvious. |
