糖尿病合并高尿酸血症相关因素分析

目的分析2型糖尿病（T2DM）合并高尿酸血症的原因及防治效果。方法选择2006年3月至2010年2月收治162例T2DM患者,将合并有高尿酸血症者作为观察组,非高尿酸血症者作为对照组,比较两组患者在年龄、病程、空腹血糖（FBS）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAle）、总三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固酵（TC）、肌酐（Cr）、冠心病、高血压、脑血管意外等方面上的差异。结果高尿酸血症者发生率49.72%,与血肌酐、血脂代谢相关,与空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白无关;合并冠心病、高血压、脑血管意外较多。结论糖尿病合并高尿酸血症的发病率较高,预后欠佳,对T2DM高尿酸血症者综合防治的基础上,要树立良好的生活方式。

Diabetes related factors of hyperuricemia

Objective Type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） causes hyperuricemia and control effect. Methods To chose 162 patients were treated T2DM patients from March 2006 to February 2010,will be combined with high serum uric acid as the observation group,in a high serum uric acid as the control group to compare the two groups in age,disease duration,fasting plasma glucose（FBS） ,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbAle） ,total triglycerides（TG） ,total cholesterol fermentation（TC） ,creatinine（Cr） ,coronary heart disease,hypertension,cerebrovascular accidents such as the differences. Results The incidence of high serum uric acid 49. 72%,and serum creatinine,lipid metabolism,and not with fasting plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin has nothing to do;with coronary artery disease,hypertension,cerebrovascular accident more. Conclusion Diabetes hyperuricemia higher rate of incidence,poor prognosis,high serum uric acid on T2DM on the basis of comprehensive prevention and control,to set a good life style.
