糖尿病患者红细胞膜甘油磷脂成分的改变与脂质过氧化物的关系

摘    要:对38例糖尿病患者及35例正常人对照组进行红细胞膜甘油磷脂的检测,同时测定了血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平;全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPX)及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性测定。糖尿病组甘油磷脂显著低于对照组,血浆LPO水平明显高于对照组,红细胞SOD、GSHPX活性显著低于对照组。结果提示糖尿病红细胞膜磷脂成分的改变与自由基有关。

Abstract:Four types of phosphatidate of erythrocyte membrane including PC, PE, PS and PL were determined in 38 patients with diabetes mellitus and 35 normal subjects as control. At the same time plasma lipid peroxides(LPO),activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in red blood cells and activity of glutathine peroxidase (GSHPX)of the blood were also investigated. The results showed PC,PE,PS and PL in erythrocyte membrane were much lower and plasma LPO were much higher in diabetic group than in normal control. While activity of SOD in red blood cells and Activity of GSHPX in the whole blood were significantly lower in patient group than in control. The relationships between these changes and possible causes of diabetic microangiopathy were discussed.
