| 摘 要： | 目的对SPF级实验动物设施的建立和管理进行初步探讨。对象把武汉生物研究所的清洁级实验动物设施改建为SPF级设施。设计原则SPF级实验动物生产饲养和实验饲养设施条件配套，人、物、动物、空气流的工艺流程合理。结果改造后的SPF级实验动物设施的环境参数符合国标要求，已取得相应的许可证。

| Abstract: | Objective To study of the establishment and management of the production animal facility. Methods The SPF facility was made from the old clean animal building of WIBP. Complete set facilities including the breeding and rearing of the SPF laboratory animals were set up, and the stream of people, material, animal and air were rescuable. Resuits The environmental parameters are all in accord with the GB of SPF laboratory animal facility, the relevant license is obtained through relative government departments. |
