手术治疗周围动脉假性动脉瘤(附55例报告)

目的 探讨周围动脉假性动脉瘤的手术治疗要点，提高手术治疗的成功率和安全性。方法 总结12例来收治的55例周围动脉假性动脉瘤的诊治经验。结果 8例经保守治疗痊愈，47例通过多种手术术式治愈，没有手术死亡。结论 保守治疗多用于瘤体较小、浅在、早期和破口较小易于压迫控制的假性动脉瘤。手术治疗要点在于有效地控制动脉出血和重建动脉血流。对接近主动脉弓的巨大假性动脉瘤，使用体外循环或血液快速回收输入装置辅助，可提高手术安全性。

Operating treatment of pseudo aneurysm of peripheral artery (5 5 reports)

Objective To study the operating treatment of pseudo aneurysm of peripheral artery and to improve the efficacy and safety of operation.Methods To summarize the diagnostic and treating experience of 55 cases of pseudo aneurysm hospitalized in the past 12 years.Results 8 cases were treated conservatively.47 patients were cured with several patterns and no operative death.Conclusions The conservative treatment can be used for pseudo aneurysms,which were smaller,shallower and primeval.The main steps in operation are controlling the bleeding of the arteries and reconstructing the blood stream.It is suggested to use the equipment of extracorporal circulation to improve the safety in treating some bigger pseudo aneurysms near the arch.
