| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨绝经后阴道出血的病因及相关因素。方法:对256例绝经后阴道出血病例的临床资料进行分析。结果:256例中,宫颈炎77例(占30.08%),阴道炎52例(20.31%),功能性子宫出血34例(13.28%),子宫内膜炎23例(8.98%),恶性肿瘤21例(8.20%),子宫内膜不典型增生20例(7.81%),子宫肌瘤16例(6.25%),宫内节育器10例(3.91%),外伤3例(1.17%)。结论:炎症是绝经后出血的最主要原因;出血距绝经时间越长,恶性肿瘤的发生率越高。
