| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨液基细胞学检查(TCT)联合人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因分型检测在宫颈癌前病变筛查中的作用。方法:对我院2009年6月至2009年12月门诊TCT为非典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASCUS)及以上的患者行HPV基因分型检测。结果:(1)ASCUS及以上患者同时合并HPV阳性者共116例,其中ASCUS、LSIL、HSIL、SCC的例数(阳性率)依次为69(60%)、36(31%)、6(5%)、5(4%);116例患者中HPV高危型39例,AUSCS、LISL、HISL、SCC HPV高危型例数(阳性率)依次为16(23%)、14(39%)、4(67%)、5(100%),显示SCC与HPV高危型感染密切相关。(2)HPV高危型39例,平均年龄42.1岁;HPV低危型77例,平均年龄33.5岁;两者比较有显著性差异。结论:TCT与HPV基因分型检测是筛查宫颈病变的有效方法,对患者的随访具有重要意义。
