摘    要:目的建立一种应用双色荧光原位杂交技术快速分析正常男性精子XY染色体数目及异常率的方法。方法采用X、Y号染色体着丝粒探针对7例健康男性精子样本进行荧光原位杂交实验,检测精子XY染色体数目异常情况(非整倍体,双倍体)。结果计数10 078个精子,杂交率99.00%。其中X染色体杂交率为(49.789±1.346)%,Y染色体杂交率为(48.814±1.296)%,精子中双体类型为XX、XY、YY,其中XX杂交率为(0.110±0.053)%,XY杂交率为(0.222±0.077)%,YY杂交率为(0.094±0.038)%。结论采用荧光原位杂交技术建立了一种能够快速高效分析精子染色体数目异常的检测方法,可作为精子质量遗传学检测手段,应用于男性不育症的临床检测。
