心内直视术后低钾的监测和护理

心内直视术后低钾特别是术后24h内低钾更为普遍．近年．我们发现．瓣膜替换术后的病人长期处于低钾状态，严重者达20余日，并诱发心律失常，无力，食欲低下，严重的影响了病人的健康恢复，为此．我们对该类病人进行了严密的观察．对本组46例病人中．回ICU病房后0．5～25h．严密监测血钾浓度．对其补钾原则也进行更深一步．更细致的研究，尤其对瓣膜替换术后严密观察血钾，及时补钾，收到较好的效果。

Monitor and nursing of Hypokalemia after Intracardiac Repair under Direct Vision

In recent years we have found that patients was in state of hypokalemia a long-term after operation of valve replacement even more than twenty-days. It could induce arrhythmia,weskness. anorexia even affect recorery of patients. For this reason, We observed 46 cases after operation coming beak I. C. U during 0. 5~24 hours, kept close minitor blood potassium consistency, studied supplement potassium principle very deeply and carefully and get better effects.
