中医活血化瘀法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎48例

目的观察中医活血化瘀法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的的临床疗效。方法采用中医活血化瘀法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者48例,并与采用西医治疗的对照组48例患者进行对比研究。结果治疗组痊愈15例,显效15例,有效16例,总有效率为95.83%;对照组痊愈11例,显效14例,有效13例,总有效率为79.17%;经卡方检验,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=6.10,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后临床症状积分及胃镜病理积分均较治疗前明显降低,且明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而对照组仅胃镜病理积分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论中医活血化瘀法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Chinese Medicine Method of Activating Blood Circulation and Removing Blood-Stasis in Treating 48 Cases of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine method of activating blood circulation and removing blood- stasis in treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods The Chinese medicine method of activating blood circulation and removing blood- stasis was adopted to treat the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,and compared with the control group treated by the West- ern medicine therapy. Results In the treatment group, 15 cases were cured, 15 cases were markedly effective and 16 cases were effec- tive,the total effective rate was 95.83% ;in the control group,ll cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective and 13 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 79.17% ;by the Chi-square test,the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （X2 = 6. 10, P 〈 0. 05）. The clinical symptoms and gastroscopic pathological scores after treatment in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment,while only the gastroscopic pathology scores after treatment in the control group was significantly lower than those before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）;in addition, the clinical symptoms and gastroscopic pathological scores after treatment in the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with the control group （P 〈 0. 05） Conclusion The Chinese medicine method of activating blood circulation and removing blood- stasis in treating chronic atrophic gastri- tis is definite effective and worthy of clinical promotion and application
