胸外科围手术期抗菌药物应用分析

目的促进医院胸外科围手术期抗菌药物的合理使用。方法随机抽取2011年胸外科手术患者525例,对其中预防性应用抗菌药物的品种、联合用药、用药时间、切口愈合情况进行统计分析。结果胸外科围手术期患者的抗菌药物总使用率为100.00%。主要药物种类有头孢菌素类、β-内酰胺类、硝咪唑类、喹诺酮类、青霉素类,其中单用、二联、三联、四联及以上用药分别为244例(46.48%)、231例(44.00%)、34例(6.48%)、16例(3.05%)。结论加强抗菌药物的使用管理,规范围手术期抗菌药物的使用,对术后抗感染及减少耐药菌的产生至关重要。

Application of Antibacterials during Perioperative Period of Thoracic Surgery

Objective To analyzed the application of antibacterials in the thoracic surgery to promote rational use of antibacterial drugs during perioperative period. Methods 525 patients who were done the thoracic operation in 2011 were randomly sampled and per- formed the statistical analysis on the varieties, combination medication and time of medication of antibacterial drugs during perioperative period,and incision healing condition carry. Results The total utilization rate of antibacterial drugs was 100%. The main drug categories were cephalosporin, 13 - lactam, nitrate imidazole, quinolones and penicillins. Among them, the single drug, 2 - drug combination, 3 - drug combination,4-drug and more drugs combination were 244 cases （46.48%）,231 cases （44.00%）,34 cases （6.48%） and 16 cases （3.05%） respectively. Conclusion Strengthening the management of the usage of antibacterial drugs and standardizing the usage of an- tibacterial drugs during perioperative period is crucially important to postoperative anti- infection and reduce the generation of drug- re- sistant bacteria.
