元胡止痛滴丸联合氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛42例

目的探讨元胡止痛滴丸治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法将83例偏头痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组42例同时服用元胡止痛滴丸及氟桂利嗪胶囊,对照组41例仅服用氟桂利嗪胶囊,两组患者治疗期间不服用其他镇静、止痛药,以4周为1个疗程。结果治疗后总有效率对照组为41.46%,明显低于治疗组的69.05%(P<0.05),两组患者均没有发生明显不良反应。结论元胡止痛滴丸能明显缓解头痛程度,减少头痛发作次数,具有临床应用价值。

Yuanhu Zhitong Pills Combined with Flunarizine Capsules in Treating 42 Cases of Migraine

Objective To investigate the effect of Yuanhu Zhitong Pills for treating migraine. Methods 83 cases of migraine were ran- domly divided into the treatment group（42 cases） and the control group（41 cases）. The treatment group simultaneously took Yuanhu Zhitong Pills and Flunarizine Capsule, and control group received Flunarizine Capsule alone. During treatment, the two groups did not take other sedative and analgesic drugs. After 4-week treatment, the clinical effects were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 41.5% in the control group, which was significantly lower than 69% in the treatment group, the difference had statistical significanee（P 〈 0.05）.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Yuanhu Zhitong Pills can significantly relieve the degree of headache and reduce the frequency of headache attacks, which has the clinical application value.
