杜虹花中木犀草苷提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的 研究杜虹花中木犀草苷的提取工艺.方法 采用正交试验进行优选,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间等因素的影响,优化提取条件;采用高效液相色谱法测定木犀草苷含量,比较提取效果.结果 最佳提取工艺为加入10倍量70%乙醇提取3h.结论 该工艺稳定可行,可用于工业化大生产.

Abstract:Objective To study the extracting technology of luteoloside from Callicarpa formosana Rolfe. Methods The optimum extrac- tion process was screened with the orthogonal design, and the influence of factors such as the ethanol concentration, ethanol dosage and extracting time were investigated for optimizing the extracting condition. The HPLC method was adopted to determine the luteoloside content for comparing the extraction effect. Results The optimum extraction process was adding 10 times the amount of 70% ethanol and extracting for 3 h. Conclusion This technology is stable, feasible and suitable for industrial production.
