降低破伤风抗毒素皮肤过敏试验结果假阳性的措施

目的探讨降低破伤风抗毒素皮肤过敏试验(皮试)结果假阳性率的措施。方法选择正确的注射溶剂及消毒措施,严格掌握皮试液配制方法,规范皮试结果判断标准。结果采取新的综合措施进行破伤风抗毒素(TAT)皮试,医院门诊皮试结果阳性率从2010年的50%降至2011年的19.52%和2012年的16.54%。结论严格执行新措施中的操作规范,可降低TAT皮试结果的假阳性率,增加患者的用药机会和安全。

Measures of Reducing False Positive Rate of Tetanus Antitoxin Skin Test

Objective To study the measures for reducing the false positive rate of tetanus antitoxin（TAT） skin anaphylactic test（skin test） result. Methods To choose the right injection solvent and disinfection measures,strictly master the preparation method of the skin test solution and standardize the judgement standard of the result skin test. Results By adopting the new comprehensive measure for conducting TAT skin test,the positive rate of the TAT skin test in the outpatient department was decreased from 50% in 2010 to 19.52% and 16. 5% in 2011. Conclusion Strictly executing the operatin specification of the new measure can reduce the false posi- tive rate of the TAT test result and increase the chance and safety of patient＇s medication.
