摘 要: | 目的优化人参总皂苷的提取工艺。方法在单因素试验考察乙醇体积分数、药材粒径、溶剂流速、浓缩温度对人参总皂苷转移率的影响基础上,通过响应曲面法对人参总皂苷动态连续循环提取工艺进行优化。结果人参总皂苷的含量与所考察3个因素之间关系符合二次回归模型。优化后人参总皂苷的最佳提取工艺为,乙醇体积分数78%,超微粉碎时间10min,溶剂流速24mL/min,浓缩温度65℃。人参总皂苷转移率为85.64%(P<0.0001),验证试验结果与预测值偏差为2.58%,说明该模型比较可靠。结论该方法科学、合理、可行,对人参总皂苷提取工艺应用于实际生产具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract: | Objective To optimize the extraction technology of total ginsenoside ginseng root. Methods On the basis of investigating the influence of ethanol volume fraction, medicinal material particle size, solvent velocity and enrichment temperature on the transfer rate of total ginsenoside ginseng root by the single factor experiment, the response surface methodology was adopted to optimize the dynamic continuous circumfluence extraction technology of total ginsenoside ginseng root. Results The relation between the content of total gin- senoside ginseng root and the 3 investigated factors was in line with the quadratic regression model. The optimal extraction technology of total ginsenoside ginseng root after optimization was the ethanol volume fraction of 78% ,the superfine grinding time of 10rain,solvent velocity of 24mL/min and the enrichment temperature of 65~C. The transfer rate of total ginsenosides was 85.64% (P 〈 0. 0001). The deviation between the verification test result and the predict value was 2. 58% ,indicating that this model is reliable. Conclusion This method is scientific ,rational and feasible, which has an important reference value in the application of this extraction technology of total ginsenoside ginseng root in the practical production. |
