米索前列醇联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压综合征产后出血37例

目的 观察米索前列醇联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压综合征产后出血的疗效.方法 回顾性分析2011年6月至2012年12月妊娠高血压综合征产后出血71例产妇的临床资料,其中对照组34例给予催产素联合硫酸镁治疗;治疗组37例给予米索前列醇联合硫酸镁治疗,比较两组疗效.结果 治疗组产后2h和产后2～24h内的出血量均低于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 米索前列醇联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压综合征产后出血效果良好,值得临床推广.

Efficacy of Misoprostol Combined with Magnesium Sulfate in Treating Postpartum Hemorrhage for Patients with Pregancy- induced Hypertension in 37 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of misoprostol combined with magnesium sulfate in treating postpartum hemorrhage for the patients with gestational hypertension. Methods The clinical data in 71 cases of Pregancy- induced hypertension postpartum hemorrhage from June 2011 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 34 cases in the control group were given by oxytocin combined with magnesium sulfate, while 37 cases in the treatment group were given misoprostol combined magnesium sul- fate. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The postpartum hemorrhage amount within postpartum 2 h and 2- 24 h in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）; the ad- verse reactions had no statistical difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Misoprostol combined with magnesium sul- fate has better effect for treating postpartum hemorrhage in the patients with gestational hypertension, it is worthy of clinical prometion.
