青霉素联合利巴韦林治疗小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎临床评价

目的 探讨青霉素联合利巴韦林治疗小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床效果.方法 将140例急性肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿随机分成观察组和对照组,每组70例.观察组给予青霉素钠联合利巴韦林静脉滴注,对照组给予头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠联合利巴韦林,必要时辅以对症治疗,疗程均为1周.比较两组患儿临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及药物费用.结果 观察组与对照组临床疗效及临床症状消失时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),药物费用显著低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 青霉素钠联合利巴韦林治疗小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎疗效肯定,且成本更低,适合在基层医院推广应用.

Clinical Observation on Penicillin plus Ribavirin in Treatment of Child Acute Mesenteric Lymphadenitis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of penicillin plus ribavirin in the treatment of child acute mesenteric lymphadenitis. Methods 140 cases of acute mesenteric lymphadenitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 70 cas- es in each group. The observation group was given penicillin sodium combined with ribavirin by intravenous drip, while the control group was given cefoperazone sulbactam sodium plus ribavirin treatment, when necessary, supplemented by symptomatic treatment, with 1 week as a course of treatment. The clinical curative effects, clinical symptoms disappearance time and drug costs were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical curative effect and the clinical symptoms disappearance time had no statistical difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）, but the drug costs in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Penicillin sodium plus ribavirin for treating child acute mesenteric lymphadenitis has definite effect and lower costs, which is more suitable for popularization and application in primary hospitals.
