正交设计优选苦参微波提取工艺

摘    要:目的 优选苦参微波提取法的最佳工艺条件.方法 以苦参碱、苦参总碱和干浸膏得率为指标综合评判,采用L9(34)正交试验法,优选苦参微波提取的工艺条件.结果 优化微波提取法工艺条件为三煎固液比依次为6倍、4倍、4倍,药材粒度为10 ~ 20目,煎煮总时间为3 min,三煎依次为2,0.5,0.5 min,辐射频率为600 Hz.结论 该工艺科学合理,有利于综合考察苦参药效物质的提取效果.

Abstract:Objective To optimize the best extraction process condition of microwave extraction for sophora flavescens. Methods The extraction process conditions were optimized by L9(34 ) orthogonal test design. Matrine, total matrine and dry extract yield rate were taken as the indexes for conducting comprehensive evaluation. Results The optimal microwave extraction process conditions were as follows. The solid- liquid ratio of decocting 3 times was 6, 4, 4 times respectively, the total decoction time was 3 rain, the decoction time for each time was in turn 2, 0. 5, 0.5 rain, the medicinal material granularity was 10-20 meshes and the radiation frequency was 600 Hz. Conclusion The optimized extraction process is scientific, rational and conducive to comprehensively investigate the extracion effect of pharmacodynamic substances in sophora flavescens.
