泮托拉唑双倍剂量治疗重症消化性溃疡并上消化道大出血75例

目的 探讨泮托拉唑双倍剂量治疗重症消化性溃疡并上消化道大出血的临床效果.方法 将150例重症消化性溃疡并上消化道大出血患者随机分为双倍剂量组(试验组)75例和常规剂量组(对照组)75例,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 试验组总有效率为92.00％,明显高于对照组的60.00％(P＜0.05).结论 泮托拉唑双倍剂量治疗重症消化性溃疡并上消化道大出血安全、有效,值得推广.

Double Dose of Pantoprazole for Treating 75 Cases of Severe Peptic Ulcer Complicating Massive Hemorrhage of Upper Digestive Tract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of double dose of pantoprazole in the treatment of severe peptic ulcer complicat- ing massive hemorrhage of upper digestive tract. Methods 150 cases of severe peptic ulcer complicating massive hemorrhage of upper digestive tract were randomly divided into the double dose group （experimental group, n=75） and the routine dose group（control group, n = 75）. The curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 92.00% in the ob- servation group, which was significantly higher than 60. 00% in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Double dose of pantopra- zole is effective and safe for treating severe peptic ulcer complicating massive hemorrhage of upper digestive tract and deserves to be popularized.
