以问题为基础学习教学方法在留学生人体生理学教学中的实践与评价

摘    要:目的 探讨以问题为基础学习教学方法在留学生人体生理学教学中的应用效果.方法 将生理学理论课的部分章节在2005级秋季留学生班(实验班)和2005级春季留学生班(对照班)分别采用以问题为基础学习教学方法和传统教学方法进行教学,采用期末考试成绩和问卷调查相结合的形式对教学效果进行综合评价.结果 实验班学生考试成绩和及格率均高于对照班学生(P<0.05).问卷调查结果显示,91.2%的学生认为以问题为基础学习教学方法有助于建立自信,提高学习积极性和学习兴趣;87.7%的学生认为提高了解决问题的能力;87.7%的学生认为注重了理论和实践的联系;98.2%的学生认为加强了基础医学和临床医学课程的整合;82.4%的学生认为需要更多的准备时间;84.2%的学生认为需要使用真正的病人或是模拟病人进行学习.结论 以问题为基础学习教学方法可以激发学生的学习兴趣,促进学生有针对性地思考,提高分析问题和解决问题的能力,同时能够建立一种团队合作意识,促进学生对知识的掌握和运用.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the implementation and effectiveness of PBL in the teaching of meoical physiology for international students.Methods A study was conducted on two classes.The 2005 fall class served as the experimental group while 2005 spring class served as the control group.PBL was adopted in the experimental class,whereas traditional teaching method was adopted in the control class.The students finai examination results and questionnaires were analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of PBL in medical physiology.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the final examination test marks arid passing rate(P<0.05).When the students were asked for their opinions of PBL teaching style and effectiveness.the survey results showed 91.2% of students believed that it will help them build confidence and increase their enthusiasm and interest,87.7% of students believed that it will improve their ability to solve problems.87.7% of students believed that it will enhance the association between the theory and practice.98.2% of students believed that it will strengthen integration between basic medicine and clinical medicine,82.4% of students believed that it will make them need more time to prepare and 84.2% of students gave requirement of real patient or stimulant patient.Conclusions PBL is superior to the traditional method in its promotion of the activity,it can improve students abilities to apply their knowledge and participation in learning,and also help them form team skills.
