| 摘 要： | 目的：观察并比较头痛方加减与单味川芎治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法：选取偏头痛患者126例，随机分为治疗组（头痛方加减）66例和对照组（单味川芎）60例，治疗3个月后，评价偏头痛改善情况。结果：治疗组治愈、显效、有效、无效的例数分别为28，21，12，5例，对照组分别为4，16，23，17例，治疗组总有效率（92．4％）显著高于对照组（71．7％）。结论：偏头痛应从风、从瘀、从湿综合治疗。
