摘    要:目的初步探讨大戟毒副作用物质基础及大枣解毒减毒作用的机制。方法利用大鼠在体小肠灌流技术,UPLC-MASS测定大戟95%醇提物,大戟95%醇提物与大枣水提物混合溶液随灌流时间的变化。结果各色谱峰在大戟95%醇提物中随灌流时间呈现不同的变化,主要变化趋势有四种,表现为峰型的增大、减少,及配伍大枣后峰型的消失。结论本方法排除了部分与解毒减毒作用无关的成分,将发生变化的成分归类,缩小了寻找毒性成分的范围,降低了盲目性,为更深层次的研究奠定了基础。
