龙归酒毒理学安全性评价

目的了解龙归酒的饮用安全性。方法采用小鼠急性经口毒性试验、小鼠骨髓微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、Ames试验和30d喂养试验进行检测。结果龙归酒小鼠经口MTD〉20．0g／kg体重，属无毒级；小鼠骨谴微核试验、小鼠精于畸形试验和Ames试验结果均为阴性，无遗传毒性；30d喂养试验受斌物各剂量组大鼠体重、食物利用率、血液学和血液生化学指标、脏体比与对照组比较差别无显著性（P〉0．05），主要脏器在外观形态和病理组织学上均未见异常变化，未显示明显毒性作用。结论龙归酒可安全饮用。

Toxicological assessment of safety of Longgui wine

Objective To study the safety of Longgui wine. Methods Acute toxicity test in mice, Micronucleus test of bone marrow cell, sperm shape abnormality test, Ames test and thirty days feeding test were conducted. Results The oral MTD in mice was over 20.0g/kg.bw and no genotoxicity was identified in micronucleus test of bone marrow cell, sperm shape abnormality test or Ames test. In thlrtydays test, there were no significant differences observed in body weight, food availability, hematologic and bio- chemical indices as well as in the ratio of organ to body of rats between various dose groups and control group. In addition, there were no apparent changes in morphology and histopathology discovered in the main organs. Conclusion Longgui wine is safe.
