三分群血细胞分析仪显微镜复检标准的制定及临床应用

目的建立三分群血细胞分析仪显微镜复检的标准,保证血细胞分析检验结果的准确性。方法根据血细胞分析仪的特点制定显微镜复检的标准,通过对1029份标本的数据分析,评价标准的可靠性。结果符合血涂片复检标准的标本中,白细胞计数异常、血红蛋白及红细胞异常、平均红细胞体积及红细胞分布宽度异常、白细胞分类及直方图异常和血小板计数及直方图异常分别占96.7%、97.9%、96.6%、72.1%和66.9%。镜检结果与血细胞分析仪检测结果的一致性程度（Kappa值）分别为0.98、0.99、0.98、0.74和0.73。仪器检测的敏感度为87.1%,特异度为95.9%,准确性为93.1%。结论制定血细胞显微镜复检标准可增加血细胞检测准确性,为临床提供更有价值的检验信息。
