| 摘 要： | 本实验提示:患重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)时,在外科手术的前提下,及早经胰腺局部动脉灌注血管扩张剂和抑酶剂,尤其是用低分子右旋糖酐作为扩容剂,比单纯的晶体扩容复苏更为重要,通过改变其血流,增加胰腺的灌注,从而防止SAP早期局部缺血所至的继发性损伤.

| Abstract: | We consider that under the surgical presupposition, vasodilatation prepara-tions and trypsin inhibitors were early perfused into pancreatic arteries,especially partial re-placement of blood by dextran of low molecule preparations,the result of which has shown increase in pancreatic perfusion by improving blood fluidith. In conjunction with means,a new and effective method of dextran therapy may protect the pancreas from the secondary in-jury due to the early ischaemic phase of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). The experimental ev-idence suggests that pancreatic ischaemia in the early phase of SAP be important in the devel-opment of pancreatic necrosis. |
