小波分析及其在生理信号压缩与重建中的应用

摘    要:提出用小波分析处理生理信号的方法和流程,并用小波分析对眼震信号进行重建:(1)简述了小波分析基本原理;(2)对用小波分析快速和少容量处理生理信号的可行性作了论证,并给出各类生理信号传输的最少个数及重建的计算框图;(3)用小波分析对眼震信号进行重建,并研究了不同频率的小波子空间对重建信号精确度的影响。结果表明,重建信号与原信号符合很好。

Abstract:A methed and the process of analysing physiological signals with wavelet analysis were proposed.The basic principles of wavelets analysis were explained and the feasibility of applying to analysis of physiological signal were proved,then minimum number for transfer-ring Lsome kinds of physiological signals as well as the calculating frame-chart of reconstruc-tion were given.Nystagmus signals were reconstrncted with wavelets in diffrent frequency spaces.The results show that recontructed signals fit well with original signals.
