| 摘 要： | 体重指数、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、腰身比等反映肥胖的人体测量学指标与糖尿病、高血压、脂代谢异常等密切相关.横断面及前瞻性研究均证明,人体测量学指标能预测糖尿病、高血压及脂代谢异常的发生.但各指标具有种族差异性,应针对不同人群特点制订相应的标准及控制目标.

| Abstract: | Anthropometric indicators,including BMI, WC, HC, WSR and WHR significantly related with diabetes, hypertension and dyslipidemia. Cross-sectional and perspective study confirmed that these indi-cators may predict the development of diabetes,hypertension and dyslipidemia. Due to racial diversify among these indicators, the diagnostic criteria and control objective according to the condition of Chinese should be made. |
