| 摘 要： | 目的 总结先天性输尿管瓣膜症的临床表现和诊治方法.方法 对本院收治的45例输尿管瓣膜症共48条输尿管进行回顾性分析,对所有病例均行定期门诊随诊及B超检查,并对47条输尿管做了输尿管手术的病人于手术后3-6个月行静脉尿路造影(IVU)检查.结果 46条作瓣膜段输尿管节段切除加尿路重建,术后恢复良好.一条作单纯叶瓣状瓣膜切除术(输尿管镜下输尿管瓣膜钬激光切除术).术后恢复良好.一条未作手术,观察4年无异常.结论 先天性输尿管瓣膜症以儿童多见,因缺乏特有的临床表现,故术前诊断较为困难,治疗应根据不同情况采取不同的治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objectives To discuss the diagnosis and management of congential ureteral with retrograde analysis of 45 case.Methods Partial ureterectomy plus reconstruction were done 48 side of ureteral valves.FVP were taken to evaluate the effect of therapy 3 to 6 months after operation.Results Partial ureterectomy plus reconstruction were done on 46 sides of ureters,one side received longitudinal ureterotomy with excision of valve leaflets.And another one case unoperated was followed up for 4 years.Conclusions Congenital ureteral valves were more common in children,and the diagnosis before operation was difficult.Treatment should be different cases. |
