通过对临床护士心理压力的分析,探索干预措施.以减轻临床护士心理压力,提高临床护士的生活质量和工作效率.临床护士心理压力来源多种因素,工作繁重、责任重大,与工作有关的人际冲突,风险大、突发事件心理干预不及时,患者投诉机制使用不当和来自职业的压力.护士的心理压力增高会使护士工作效率降低和质量下降,降低临床护士的心理压力,有利于提高其工作效率和生活质量.

Analysis and intervention countermeasures of psychological pressure of clinical nurses

Objective To seek intervention measures on the basis of analyzing the psychological pres-sure of clinical nurses, so as to relieve clinical .nurses from psychological pressure and improve their living quality and work efficiency. Methods The self-designed questionnaires were carried out into a total of 230 clinical nur-ses. Results The psychological pressure of clinical nurses were originated from various factors, including onerous work, heavy responsibilities, work-related interpersonal conflicts, great risks, untimely intervention of psycho-logical crises from emergencies, improper use of patient complaint mechanisms and vocational pres-sure. Conclusions The increase in nurses'psychological pressure will reduce their work efficiency and quality, so the measures shall be taken to reduce their psychological pressure and improve their work efficiency and living quality.
