| 摘 要： | 目的建立五子衍宗丸（浓缩丸）的薄层鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中构把子与菟丝子进行鉴别；结果各供试品色谱中．在与对照品色谱相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点，色谱清晰。附近无杂质斑点干扰。结论本方法专属性强．可更好地控制制剂质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Wuziyan zong pill （concentrated pill） . METHODS Fructus I.ycii, Cuscuta chinens is were identified by TLC. RESULTS The test samples and their respective reference substances were alike in that the same color, chromatographispots were noted at the corresponding places. The color spectra of the samples were clear yet without interference of surrounding impurity.CONCLUSION The established method has high specificity, and can be used for the quality control of Wuziyan zong pill. |
