| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胞二磷胆碱钠对胰岛素诱导的低血糖脑损伤的作用.方法:用胰岛素诱导新生兔低血糖.低血糖诱导的脑损伤用HE染色评价.NSE表达测定采用免疫组织化学染色法.结果:胞二磷胆碱钠处理低血糖诱导的脑损伤可减少神经元死亡,导致NSE表达升高,增强神经元代谢功能.结论:胞二磷胆碱钠能显著提高胰岛素诱导的低血糖脑损伤神经元的存活率.
