肿瘤患者出院后康复及随访干预探讨

目的探讨患者出院后康复随访干预效果。方法对306例出院患者进行随访,随访中进行疾病知识教育,生活习惯、服药、行为干预、饮食、复诊时间、放疗皮肤保护等进行康复指导,回答患者疑问。采用自行设计的调查表进行康复行为及满意度调查。结果随访后,患者的不良生活习惯明显减少,与随访前比较,差异均具有显著性意义(P<0.05),随访满意率为100%。结论患者出院后仍能得到来自医院的关怀,为患者提供了全面、方便、有效的康复指导。并增加患者对科室的满意度和忠诚度,从而提升科室的品牌。

Exploration on rehabilitation and follow-up intervention of liver cancer patients after leaving the hospital

Objective To approach the effect of follow-up and intervention of patients after leaving the hospital.Methods 306 patients were followed up after they left the hospital.During the follow-up,patients were educated about the knowledge of disease and the rehabilitation measures,such as directing them the living habit,taking medicine,behavior intervention,diet,time of a further consultation,and skin protection under radiotherapy.We also answered the patients' questions,and used the self-designed investigation form to carry out the investigation of the rehabilitation process and the satisfaction rate.Results After following-up,the bad living habits of patients obviously decreased.There was a significant difference compared to those existed before following up(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of follow-up was 100%.Conclusions Patients will receive the concerns from hospital after post-discharge,which is an overall,convenient,effective recovery direction.The patient's satisfaction degree and faithful degree to division or department are improved,thereby promoting the brand of our division.
