| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手术治疗急性门静脉血栓的临床疗效和经验。方法回顾性分析我科室近7年收治住院11例急性门静脉血栓形成患者行手术治疗的临床资料.结果11例患者均痊愈出院，术后并发切口感染2例，无肠吻合口瘘发生、复发血栓及死亡病例。结论针对诊断明确的急性门静脉血栓形成患者应积极手术治疗，其临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy and experience for surgical treatment of acute portal vein thrombosis. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 11 cases hospitalized patients with acute portal vein thrombosis in the past 7 years.Results All cases were cured and discharged from hospital, 2 cases of postoperative have wound infection, none of anastomotic leakage, recurrent thrombosis and death happen. Conclusion Surgical treatment should be actively for the definite dragnosis of acute portal vein thrombosis patients, the clinical effect is significant. |
