| 摘 要： | 目的：观察在常规西医治疗的基础上加用清营汤治疗全身炎症反应综合征（SIRS）的临床疗效。方法：将63例患者随机分为两组，对照组31例予单纯西药治疗，治疗组32例在使用西药的基础上加用清营汤口服，连续使用14d。结果：对照组有效率81%；清营汤治疗组有效率为96%，（P<0.05），两组比较具有统计学意义。结论：清营汤辅助西药治疗SIRS疗效满意。

Clinical observation on treating 32 cases of SIRS with the Qingying decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical efficiency on treating 63 cases of systemic inflammatory reaction syndrome （SIRS） with Qingying decoction base on modem medicine treatment. Methods： 63 patients were randomly divided into two groups, in the control group, 31 cases were given modem medicine treatment, 32 cases were given Qingying decoction based on modem medicine treatment, after 14 days. Results： The efficiency in the control group was 81%; another was 96% （P〈0.05）, two groups have statistically significant. Conclusion： The Qingying decoction combined with modem medicine is effective on treating SIRS. |
