半夏白术天麻汤加减联合西药治疗脑梗死急性期临床效果观察

目的：观察半夏白术天麻汤加减联合西药治疗脑梗死急性期临床效果。方法：选择我院2010年12月～2012年12月收治的156例脑梗死急性期患者，分别给予半夏白术天麻汤加减联合西药（观察组，n＝78）或单纯西药（对照组，n＝78）治疗，并比较分析它们的疗效。结果：观察组的疗效总有效率为97.43%，对照组疗效总有效率为84.62%，观察组患者的疗效显著地优于对照组，另外治疗后观察组患者的神经功能缺损和生活活动能力明显地优于对照组。结论：半夏白术天麻汤加减联合西药治疗脑梗死急性期，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with modem medicine on treating acute period of cerebral infarction

Objective： To analyze the clinical effects of the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with modem medicine on treating acute period of cerebral infarction. Methods： To select 156 patients with acute period of cerebral infarction in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012. To analyze the clinical effects of the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with modem medicine （Observation group, n=78） or modem medicine （Control group, n=78）. Results： The total efficiency was 97.43% in observation group, in control group was 84.62%. The efficiency of observation group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion： The Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with modem medicine on treating acute period of cerebral infarction is effective, safe. It is worthy to be popularized.
