小肠粒细胞肉瘤2例报道并文献复习

目的探讨小肠粒细胞肉瘤的临床病理特征、诊断及鉴别诊断。方法对2例小肠粒细胞肉瘤进行光镜及免疫组化检测。结果小肠粒细胞肉瘤的特点是肿瘤浸润呈膨胀性生长，原组织构架可保留，组织常无广泛破坏；临床上表现为肠梗阻症状：有恶心、呕吐、腹痛和腹胀。结论小肠粒细胞肉瘤常与急性髓细胞白血病(AML)同时或在其后发生；罕见的情况下，在急性髓细胞白血病开始出现之前形成。嗜酸性粒细胞的存在，常高度提示为小肠粒细胞肉瘤。免疫组化MPO、CD43、Lys和CD99有助于诊断。

Small intestinal granulocytic sarcoma:a report of 2 cases and review of literature

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological and immunohistochemical features and diagnosis and differential diagnosis of small intestinal granulocytic sarcoma. Methods Two cases of small intestinal granulocytic sarcoma were examined with light microscopy and immunohitochemistry. Results The tissues infiltrated by the small intestinal granulocytic sarcoma were expanded, but the tissue architecture was preserved without extensive tissue destruction. The Clinical feature of 2 cases presented with intestinal obstruction (nansea, vomiting, abdominal pain and distention). Conclusion Small intestinal granulocytic sarcoma may develop at the time or after presentation of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). On rare occasions, however, it evolves before the onset of AML. The presence of eosinophilic myelocytes is highly suggestive of small intestinal granulocytic sarcoma. MPO, CD43, Lys and CD99 are useful for the diagnosis.
