2006年衡水市豆制品生产单位卫生状况调查

摘    要:目的]调查衡水市豆制品生产单位卫生状况,以提出切实可行的监督管理措施。方法]采用现场检查和填写调查表的方法对衡水市市区范围内26家豆制品生产单位进行调查。结果]豆制品生产单位卫生状况令人担忧,被调查项平均合格率仅为46.6%。结论]应加强对豆制品生产单位整个生产环节的监管,提出了应从4个方面加强工作。

Abstract:Objective]To investigate the hygienic status of bean product manufactures of hengshui,provide feasible and practical supervision method.Methods]Investigation was conducted in 26 bean product manufactures with on-the-spot inspection and questionnaire methods.Results]The hygienic status in bean product manufactures was very bad.Only average of 46.6% of the items investigated were up to standard.Conclusion]Supervision on the whole production for bean product manufactures should be strengthened.
